Accounts
You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed annually in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute TradeLens data or analysis, attempt to bypass plan limits, or interfere with the service.
Analysis only
TradeLens provides information, not advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Read the risk disclaimer before using the platform.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Data sources can be delayed or unavailable, and features may change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TradeLens is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
