Which indices have weekly expiries?

SEBI's rules allow each exchange one benchmark index with weekly options. On NSE that is Nifty 50; Bank Nifty, Fin Nifty and Midcap Nifty now carry monthly contracts. The table lists whatever contracts are currently trading.

What happens if an expiry day is a holiday?

The expiry moves to the previous trading day. Because these dates come from listed contracts, any such shift is already reflected here.

When do stock F&O contracts expire?

Stock futures and options expire monthly, on the same day as the monthly index contracts. Three monthly series trade at any time.
